From technical engineering to procurement leadership.
Alaa Issa began his career in technical engineering and BIM, building a foundation in construction documentation, coordination, and project execution at firms such as Albawani and Suroh AlKayan. That technical depth became the bedrock of his transition into procurement.
As Projects Coordinator and later Procurement Engineer at Construction & Planning Co. Ltd. (C&P®), he integrated engineering rigor with commercial discipline — turning specifications into sourcing strategy, and material schedules into tightly managed logistics flows.
Today, as Head of Procurement & Logistics at Arabian Furniture and Design Company, he leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, tendering, contracts, and end-to-end logistics across fit-out, furniture, and building materials portfolios in the Kingdom.
